Who we are

About Us

We Mental Health is dedicated to raising awareness of the mental health challenges experienced by women and girls in sports. We believe that mental well-being is just as important as physical performance, and that every athlete deserves access to support, understanding, and resources built specifically around what she's going through.

What drives us

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a safe and inclusive space where female athletes, coaches, and supporters can learn, connect, and advocate for better mental health in sport. Together, we can break the stigma and promote healthy, balanced athletic careers, on and off the field.
